Our restaurant is available to hotel guests as well as to you and your guests for private parties. Take a seat in our sunny restaurant or on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view over the river Rhine. Order according to your mood and enjoy the menu of our house: seasonal dishes, vegetarian, international delicacies and game specialties characterize our honest and fresh cuisine.
The restaurant is open from 5 p.m. till 11 p.m. – No lunch table
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays and also on Fridays from January to March.
Philosophy
Creative kitchen philosophy
We only use products of the highest quality, of guaranteed origin, from animals raised in a species-appropriate manner. We process many products from the region, with short transport routes, as far as possible according to the respective season. Our living kitchen philosophy should be a contribution to the training of our gastronomic junior staff. We want to awaken and promote their sensitivity to fresh, natural, healthy food.
